Don't know whether I'm being thick but I can't figure out how you plan/adjust a route using Tomtom Mydrive on my android tablet or phone. I can't get any answers on Google re using android either. I can get routes from A to B but I can't ad stops or drag onto different routes. Does anyone know how to do it please.

Im very familiar with a Tom Tom sat nav but just recently got the Go App on my iPhone too. Not sure if there are differences with the Android App but I would think they should be the same or almost identical. The phone is the same as the sat nav.

You can add a stop easily in 2 ways. Either go into the menu once you’ve done the route to the final destination and select current route and the add stop. Search for it and add.

I generally prefer to select the location on the map myself. Click and hold on it and a pop up opens. In in tge pop up’s menu select add stop.

That’s it, hope Ive remember the correct procedure. Let me know if it works for you Fidge

Tom Tom Go android... I use it but generally plan my trips and routes on the web and then sync to the Android.... The latest online planning tool allows dragging of routes.... I tend to opt for "economical" routing and also Camper on the planning tool..... Once the routes are done then I just pick out them from the app and away I go. I've just done 3 new routes for when I am in Belgium in 2 weeks time...

Do you require the car or truck version of the app for camper?

The My Drive App has the option to set the Route Making to be suitable for Car, Motorbike, Truck or Motorhome. You also get the option to input Dimensional /weight data and in the case of Trucks Hazmat details if relevant. Now you need to be aware that if you save the suggested route and send to your devices My Routes folder then the Route is Fixed and takes no notice of Traffic. If however you send the Route to your device then if your device is not set to the same route type IE Motorhome then the route will be recalculated to suit the vehicle setting on the device.

Have you tried Mapcodes on your Tomtom as using the App in Hybrid mode you can see the same as Google Erath then get a precise location Code and then input that in search on your TT unit. It works just like What3Words except the codes are much shorter.

No wonder Fidge has not replied to any of these posts. They posted the same question later that day in a new thread and has responded there. I always wonder why people ask questions for help then don’t get back so I checked their history to discover this. Great they seem to have received good help 😊

Thank you for posting this, you're quite right, I should have posted my thanks to responders on both posts. I forgot I had posted twice! I very much value all the help I have received on this forum and would hate it if people thought I didn't appreciate it. My apologies to all concerned.
