Since 2017. Before had caravan, folding camper and various tents.
Only way to stop it is to switch water off on main panel. Obviously not ideal. Any help appreciated.

Is the button switch stuck on? Try giving it a few gentle impacts. No! not with a sledge hammer :giggle:

If it's a Thetford thing, I had similar problem at Easter. The switch and how full it is panel has a circuit board behind. Mine had got some moisture on the board as mastic seals to the switch edge failed and water got in during showering. Had to replace the circuit board. Temp fix was unplugging connections to the board, which allowed water pump to be on for other taps.

Could be that as Julie had a shower in there yesterday. The switch panel by the toilet has a gap in it.
Do I pull the whole thing off, then look behind to unplug? Thanks

Gently remove the sticker/label that covers the control panel, a bit of heat will help.
The control panel just clips into the main casing and it should be obvious how to release it.
Trial and error should tell you which connector kills the power to your loo, but be careful that the wiring you disconnect does not disappear into the back of your loo making it hard to retrieve it at a later date.

Done that. Seems to have worked. Thanks very much 👍
