Tiekom SIM Delivery Time

I ordered a sim for our trip next week and it was shipped Friday. Tracking says its left Spain and I've had notification from Royal Mail stating the same but nothing has changed since Sunday. Would of thought i would have seen it arrive in UK by now so just asking for anyone who ordered one how long delivery took and was tracking accurate please.

I had same last time I ordered a sim from them….best part of two weeks to arrive if I remember correctly.

It is still the christmas delivery period & they probably haven't cleared the backlog yet-

Last year received my Xmas cards in Spain in late February. Not received any yet this year.
But that could be because no one likes me.!

I wished they’d taken 10 years as it was crap service and they’re accounts team were an absolute disgrace

So far apart from delivery it's been fine.

I found Tiekom service very good from both an admin point of view and for signal service wherever we went. It did take a bit of time for the sims to arrive but I would certainly use them again if I was going to be in Spain etc for a longish period.

Had an update from Royal Mail today, SIM is at Heathrow so should get delivered tomorrow. So if it does that's not too bad as it's been a holiday in Spain I think.
