This was done for another funster, so it may be useful to others. I struggled to find the exact part, but I believe its part of the Lower/Upper Thule fixation kit.

The dimensions are taken from a broken OEM Part. With some added strength to the walls.

Cant upload the STL/Step file, but if anyone needs it, please message.

Nice one. Just downloaded it and imported the file into my slicer. IT WORKED PERFECTLY.

You can also get the covers for the holes if you've removed a bike rack from the rails. Thingiverse ......
