Our electric step stopped working on the switch. We 40d it and it worked for 2 weeks. Now stopped working again.
Fuses behind seat ok. Can’t find a dedicated fuse or trip anywhere in documents?
Any suggestions for a fix?

I do not know if it will help but there is a diagram for the Thule omnistep in the Resources section (at the bottom of this page) , Motorhome technical articles , page 2 , which shows a fuse near the leisure battery.

direct wire the relay under the seat near the door to check if the relay has gone

Sounds like I need an electrician? What you suggest is a bit beyond my skill set but I can pass the advice to my fixer when I get back to uk in 3 weeks.

if you have a voltmeter try this . The same relay controls a fridge light function too on the imala, check all the fridge controls are working
