Hi All

We have booked at this site in Nottingham at £12.50 a night, with a pub/restaurant opposite the site.

Limited space for RV's, Europeans not a problem. Please book early if you would like to join us.

Can't commit us just yet, but would like to try and join you, hopefully cold free this time.
 
Hi keith, stayed their several times when chloe was going to notts uni. Some hardstandings but mainly firm grass. OK for RV's as you say but no dump point, or at least I could never find one, and the elsan point would need a very long hose to reach.

Ducks, chickens and other birds wander around site, i was tempted to nab one for the pot. :BigGrin:

We would love to join you but will still be in Thailand on the bike trip.

That date we should be in Chaing Mai, Jan wants to ride the elephants :Wink:

Sorry am unable to confirm yet as have just put the house up for sale, as will be moving back up to Scotland. Will confirm by mid November. Sorry not to be positive yet.

Hi Sharon can't come ourselves because of work, but we have stayed there this year and have eaten over the pub, which has recently been refurbished and now serves more "visual" meals :BigGrin: ie. less grub but it looks nice, for a real blow out you want the Toby carvery going out of town on the A612, unfortunately its not staggering distance from the campsite:Rofl1: more like 5 miles.

Can't bear the thought of a 5 mile hike for food - I am never THAT hungry!
