3 years 30,000 miles UK and Europe.. Campsites and off Grid.
Interesting concept but some very odd décor choices there. I thought I was back in the 50's at one point.

Can't help thinking with that 'double' body along with all the elevating mechanism. it must be heavy. Perhaps not leaving a lot for payload.

Imagine it being avaliable in the UK and going into the dealership.
" Hello Sir"
"Of course you can drive it on a 3.5t licence".
"Fully loaded with water, wife and two friends". "Absolutely not a problem".

Well THAT'S exactly what they do now and have done for many years ::bigsmile:

::bigsmile: no room for the Vespa. I like the balcony seating idea. Great for watching the scooter racing.

That is truly ugly as heck, nice van but the pop top looks 🤢
Does it matter? It won't be up when being driven. Also, it's not often l look at any motorhomes and think 'that's pretty'.

It would matter to me, massively. I also wouldn’t want to have to winter in it, bet cleaning it, especially bird poop, sap and anything else that gets on it, is a nightmare. I have had my convertible for nearly 20 years and it’s a continuous challenge keeping it waterproof, so this’ll need some form of maintenance at some stage. The way vans leak, I’d also hate that there’s a joint that faces the direction of travel, so in the mucky ole rubbish days on motorways, I wonder how long it would be before it gets really mucky around the join. Some of the cosiest times in my motorhome is being in bed, listening to the rain come down, especially if it’s heavy, but bet it won’t feel as cosy being up there under fabric.

Dont even get me started on the fabric design, I bet there’s loads to choose from, but that one is terrible.

So, all in all…..🤢🤮

(I must not mention leaky British vans, I must not mention leaky British vans, I must not mention leaky British vans,.)

I'd be concerned about wind. Presumably you can only slide out the kitchen and bathroom when you pop the top? No option to keep it down in bad weather?
