Dubious exhibits?
I'm all for info panels explaining why the exhibit was acquired, and why it was OK in that era.

I'm against statues being removed or household contents being hidden because they don't fit with current 'understanding'.

History is history, the interpretation can change.
But shouldn't be hidden away
