salecaravan.com possibly trying to hitch a ride on another site.

The general rule is, if it sounds too good to be true it is not true. This is an extreme example.
But if anyone wants to risk £99 to find out...

PS: No address on their website that I can see and no company details. This is illegal in the UK.

They are as jollyrodger says trying to pretend to be Bestway with the logo at the top and Bestway mentioned in their terms and conditions.

Look at the real bestway site and you will see their address right at the bottom on every page.

Compare the about us page on both sites.

Definitely a scam in my opinion.

i was able to pay by cheque and told them it was in the post, so asked if they could send the fridge to me straight away

What a top guy is Martin of Land and Sea
Ordered on Friday ,arrived on Monday. Palletised in good order
Old fridge (dometic RM7655L) already gone .
Same dimensions as Thetford T2160 so easy to prep appeture.
Old lpg now feeds Exterior Bullfinch bbq point .
Old 240v fridge supply now feeds a new ,much needed lower double gang plug socket.
Cleared away old 12v feed and new 7mm cables run to aux batteries via 15amp trip
Enlarged the old lower vent for ease of access,new (rare find)vent fitted.
New fridge in on Tuesday and has just been sipping power on max ever since just to test.
Well pleased with service from Martin.

Will be hopefully be using it in anger ,together with air con unit from suffolk man
On a planned trip to Spain/Portugal next month .

Enlarged the old lower vent for ease of access.

What trip did you use? As nearly all the ones sold on ebay & Amazon are useless and can be a fire hazard, you can get reliable ones from 12v Planet I think they are about £60.

I'm out begging at the moment for a new starter battery

My Dometic RM7655L has died, and am seriously considering this as a replacement.
However, 2 worries, it is apparently 2mm wider. Will it fit in tge space in my Hymer b654?
And, I love the idea of a freezer drawer at the bottom, but it looks tiny, and awkwardly shaped in the photo.
Is there enough usable space?

I had the same model as you The RM7655L ,seems a common theme them going down.
The T2160 fits in with room to spare just make sure you clear away all existing pipping and wirering.
On mine there is a small cupboard under the fridge with a false floor hiding pipework and wire ring feeding fridge .
For ease of access I cut a trap in the fridge apeture floor.
Fitted a exterior Bullfinch bbq point and adapted the old fridge lpg pipe to it.
Old 240v feed now feeds 2 x double gang sockets 1 in the lower cupboard 1 just inside hab door.
Isolated the old 12v feeds
And ran some 7mm new cable back to aux batteries (4mm would have done for the length needed but they were oos)
Recommends a 15A fuse close to sorce which I have now done (removed the trip I had put it as I needed that elsewhere)

Has been working fine currently sitting a -17°C in the freezer .
2 x 120A batteries and just 2 x 100w solar /40A mmpt
Have been off ehu since fitting .
Happy days

As an aside if you do go down that Road
Land and sea via there suppliers were oos till mid April.
