Hi we have the above fridge freezer, I can not stop the fridge freezing it’s entire contents when connected to mains electricity
Has any one had this problem.?

Does the display show a negative temperature?

Is there an indication on the display that the controller is calling for cooling? (sometimes a snowflake or a dot next to a snowflake)
