Hello everyone my Thetford ff n150 stopped working on 240v gas and 12volt but no fault codes on the screen does anybody know any initial checks to try

are you aware it will only run 12v when the engine is running?
If the control panel is totally blank then I suggest it's lost it's 12v supply so you'll need to check the fuses.
