Thetford C250 no green light (12 Viewers)

Toilet green light has not worked for a while

so decided to check iyt all out ,
I have checked the dual reed switches PCB they are working ok ,
the fuse is fine the relay seems fine ,
the float has been cleaned and float magnet is working,,
but still red light on all the time ?????? toilet is empty and has had a service what else could it be ?????????

Sometimes our cassette full light comes on and I just pull it put, give it a shake and put it back and it's ok.
If its all been cleaned it should be OK.
Is the red light on when the cassette is out.

I’ve had 3 thetford 250/260’s and never seen a green light only the red light when it’s full
