Thetford C-403 ? (1 Viewer)

Hi could someone be so kind as to look at their toilet and tell me if there’s a bit missing on mine. The picture is of the spout where the water comes out and I’m thinking that there was part that made the water go around the toilet bowl faster giving a better flush?
Seems to me that the water outlet is to big giving a poor flush it’s had a new pump so that’s not the issue.
It’s a thetford C-403

Looks OK,maybe something restricting the flow or the solenoid not opening fully.

I took the whole toilet C-403L out and cleaned the filter and pipes connecting put it back together and it’s working better than ever
