Thetford Bash info re Chinese meal IMPORTANT !

Ok..
The whole thing got too silly in the end !
We have SO many people who want to book for the Chinese but were not able to due to restrictions on the space in the place.

Had to take an 'executive decision' and done a deal where by all the grub will be delivered to the rugby club

There are a few advantages to this.

1) The price of the meal has been reduced.. Gone down to £12.50 a head

2) We can all have a drink and not worry about getting back to the club !

3) The food on offer will be a greater variety ( I do not know WHY, it was just something the chap said )

There is ONE disadvantage..
I am now going to have to pay up front for every one who has booked

Not a major problem and as originally said everyone can pay for it on the night
But it does mean if you have asked for a place you will be asked for the lolly no matter if you turn up or not ! ( Yes, I can eat a fair old wack but not THAT much Chinese !! LOL )

This means all those on the reserve list are now upgraded and WILL get a place ok @tu*

For god sake turn up other wise I am gonna have £750 quids worth of of Chinese grub to get through .. So that will be every meal until Christmas !!
