We have a new (to us) 2008 Auto Sleeper Warwick Duo - based on a 2008 Peugeot Boxer. We are not totally new to camper vanning (is that a word?). We are doing our first trip in a few weeks and are taking the van to a ski trip in March. I'm thinking an external thermal screen is a good idea - can anybody recommend one?

Also any other winter holiday advice would be much appreciated.

Definitely a requirement! Ours is from Minster Products and does the job pretty well as well as being a good fit.

We didn't have any for our last MH, but our new one had them supplied as part of the deal. They make a massive difference to heat retention, and preventing internal condensation in my opinion. I am also looking forward to seeing how they perform as a heat deflector in the summer.
Safe and happy travels.

Just got mine Thursday. Bought thru eBay. Custom made and delivered in 4 days. The quality is fantastic. Also loved I could get black to match my cab.
Was recommended by another MF user and so glad they did. The difference inside the van was incredible

I purchased the screen cover that fully covers the scuttle and wiper blades, keeps falling leaves out of the Ducato drain holes.

As an update to this thread, I contacted Silver Screens to ask about a screen for our new van but they advised they no longer make products to fit A class vans.

Give Caroline a ring at Minster Products / Polar Technologies, they made mine for a new model A class. Arrived in Telford, templated, made and drove away, all in 2 hours, fantastic service and wonderful screen covers. Wouldn't be without them now.
BTW - They recommended not to have the black covers as they get very hot in the height of summer, went for grey.
