Hi All. Burstner Harmony 680G 2021. When I raise the bed in the central lounge right up to the top and the motor stops the whole bed then drops about 5 cm. I take the pillows off the bed so there is no squashing between the bed and the roof of the van. Any help appreciated. Cheers.

Not sure if it's the same but I had a Project 2000 bed in my last MH and this was reported fairly frequently in a Benimar group that I used to be in. A reset would be the normal advice and if that fails check the position sensors to make sure they haven't moved.

Thanks. I'll get the manual out and see how to reset. Cheers.

My Adria has that feature. The bed shouldn't be left right up at the roof. If you get any condensation on the roof the bed gets wet and there's a chance it will go mouldy.

If it’s key operated, lower bed to bottom position then just try turning key to the off position
then turn key back to on position ,
push button to raise bed back to top position ,
Hopefully that cure problem ,
Good luck
