We have a Benimar Tessoro and the sat nav is not very good so we are looking to replace it.
Does anyone have any recommendations please?

I run Apple Maps on the vans head unit and Co-Pilot on my iPad, have tried others but always seem to have issues although saying that Co-Pilot has gone wobbly a few times on this trip🤬🤬

I don’t think any one sat nav is good and I still won’t go down a road it sends me if it looks a bit dodgy🤔🤔

Thanks for your thoughts. I am on the dark side as I use an android phone.

I use Google Maps on a Sony 9" Android Auto head unit.

I've got Sygic Truck (on a tablet) as a backup as it knows about the van width. But the vast majority of the time it makes no difference. Except it doesn't have traffic data. And the mapping (which is TomTom) has far more mistakes than Google.

A reliable 9" Chinese Truck Sat Nav, using iGo and HERE mapping, with proper Truck files, (.ftr), and I recently updated it with the latest 2022 Q4 maps. (y)

It is absolutely brilliant, and hasn't put a foot wrong during our travels across Western Europe.

I also have a 7" version of the same as a standby unit.

Cheers,

Jock. :)
