What an excellent meet with a gathering in the pub on Friday night, then a 3 course meal on Saturday night. With bacon, sausage and tea n coffee on Sunday morning, what more could anyone ask for?

We met some old friends and made some new, thanks to John for the winning lottery ticket............ brilliant!!! Watch this space for a pay back :Rofl1:

Thanks again to all :thumb::thumb:

Although a popular Funster venue, it was our first time there. No wonder it's popular, eh?

Such a good weekend we are still here.

Thanks to Pammy and Geo, for organising a great time, also to all the other attendee's for helping to make it such a good weekend.

A big thanks from us to everyone for making our first meet so enjoyable.

Organisation was second to none, very warm welcome and delicious Sunday breakfast.

As said previously - it was great to put faces to names. :thumb:

A few lessons learnt too - big thanks Geo for the loan of the genny. Couldn't have survived without it!

We'll be seeing you again soon - with new batteries installed.

Al & Gill

We've just got home having stopped off at Skeg-Vegas en route back to Norwich.

Whoever said that these meets are Fun, welcoming etc were RIGHT. We met some lovely people and had a thoroughly enjoyable, relaxing, chilling weekend. This of course wouldnt of happened without the organisation by Pammy, Geo, Bryan and Suzy, so again a BIG thank you for all the time you gave to organising everyones meals and of course the brekkie this morning, it was lovely and a nice way in which to end a truly wonderful first meet. Also again many thanks for my birthday card and pressie, which may get opened later but first I'm off to have a cup of tea and carrot cake.

We got scared of that dog of yours - if it ever decides to start eating we don't want to be in the same county, it could finish us all of and still not be fat.

Just to echo everyone else - many thanks especially to Pammy & Geo, sorry we could'nt stay for breakfast. We will no doubt see some of you again during the coming year.

Maybe so ................... but I bet that treacle pudding last night would have stumped it!!

Just to echo everyone else, fantastic weekend for our first meet. Just got home after visiting casualty dept at our local hospital to get Margs knee seen to after she slipped of the MH step this morning. She's now test driving a pair of crutches for a week until the torn ligaments hopefully heal. Once again thanks to everyone for making it a really FUN weekend,

Kev

Fabulous weekend. Thanks very much to Pam & Geo for organising. The breakfast was lovely on Sunday, meal super on Saturday and the drinks had the desired effect on Friday.
It was lovely to see so many new faces and the fact they all enjoyed themselves and also to see the old faces too. Thanks to JawsMC for the gas adapter info, we shall be following that up for sure. See you all at Newark next month.
