Anyone wanting to take a first run out this week, just to check all is well, we can recommend this handy little site twixt Pickering and Scarborough at Snainton.
Good food at the nearby pub.
We shall be sharing a glass or two with friends and hoping for fine weather.

went there once for Sunday lunch thinking it was a pub.

Obviously under new management as the previous owners were as polite as a smack in the gob.

Whilst we are talking about this area, Just booked a nice pub at somewhere called Heaton Hole for next weekend's Ultra marathon 22nd March. 55 miles along the Cleveland way from Guisborough to Helmsley. Looks a nice little pub and my support team are all booked in as well so should be a goodun. Not that I will get to see much of it but for my support team and Nikki, anyone been?

Pub/Restaurant
Just called for a quick lunch.......Under new management but still as good as we remember.
Now suitably refreshed and sitting/snoozing in the sunshine.
The site has 10 pitches all hardstand and was very quiet till we arrived.
