Teleco Sat Dish just spinning not finding stations?

Hi my sat dish is just turning not finding channel think it needs update but don't know how to do it to be honest haven't really used it but was cleaning it last week and just checking everything and noticed it was just spinning, was at Camper uk last week having some work done and they say it needs update but they don't do it? they said i could just download software update and do it myself contacted teleco waste of time had a look at the updates and i,m just not too good at tech,any help welcome thanks.

The control box should say Astra 2.

IF not press the on button repeatedly but slowly until the display shows Astra 2

Sorry can't remember it's in storage will have a look this week too be honest its one of those things I wish I didn't buy when I select any sat station it just spins doest find anything Camper uk says it just needs software update.

No rush. Changing the satellite is very easy to do when you think you are just turning it on.

Persevere with it. We find it very good and would now not be without it.
