Switching between Android Auto and the motorhome's home screen, radio etc in 2024 Fiat Ducato

My Fiat Ducato 2024 screen comes onto the vehicle's home screen for about 5 seconds on starting the engine and then switches automatically to Android Auto (Google Maps, Waes etc). If I want to do things to the radio for example I need to get back to the vehicle's home screen, but I can't work out how to do it. I am connected to U Connect by bluetooth (and wifi as well?) and the only way I have found to get back to the Fiat screen is to disconnect the wifi and bluetooth on the phone. This isn't really practical while driving alone. Does anyone know how to flick between the Android Auto and the Fiat home screen please?

Android Auto takes over the screen. Either the screen is being run by the head unit, or everything is being blindly piped from your phone. They don't integrate. Generally, the only way to switch is by pressing a home button on the head unit (not one on the screen). Or there's the Exit button buried in with the Android Auto applications folder.
