Leaky wonky Swift pen for sale, has been used once to sign a recall document, is of poor quality but includes a useless guarantee, ink is 75% full, phone calls will not be answered, no returns!

No the opposite, once you say sign a document with it, it provides proof forever that you gave up your right to absolutely everything
