Swift Kon Tiki Electric drop down bed

Noticed when we were away this weekend that when the bed is raised fully it seems that the one corner is a little low and the bed is not level. Has anyone had the same issue and secondley can the bed be adjusted. I've sercehed the normal places youtube etc but unable to find any info.

Firstly what make is the bed. If it’s level when lowered and is out when raised its most likely the controller.

I would have to check the make, but it lowers and raises on straps very similar to seat belts. Very hard to see if level when lowered but again will check when I'm over the van tomorrow.
