Swift Escape LED lights faulty

Hi When I switch my toilet light on all LEDs in the lounge also come on and viva versa, when I switch the lounge lights on, the toilet lights come on ?

Probably a faulty/failing led lamp the issue is which one? Had to replace 6 before I found which one so replaced all eight.

Because the leds are arranged in rows they can part fail and you can't tell if you look at a reflection, especially smoked glass you can probably find the offender. Have some now that have a row of four out and the 5th flashes, at some point the final one will fail maybe dead short instead of open circuit and bring them all down "again"
