Swift Command …..dead

Hi all
we are away for a few days
we arrived at our second site a couple of hours ago.
tried turning on the Swift Command it very briefly came on
but literally for half a second….then went off completely.
The fuses are all ok.
I have tried very long pressing the button..many times
The best I have had is a beep several times that’s all
Anyone come across this before?
I have contacted Sargent who make them but of course it is Sunday

Hi….
Didn’t get any advice for this
Anyway I rang them earlier
Turn fuse box off then back on
Long press the Swift Command button
A recalibration screen appears
Three dots pop up in different places
Gently touch each as they appear
Done….
I did comment on the sergeant site
Why don’t the downloadable files have fault finding and resetting advice on there?
They must get many calls for this easy reset….
