More than likely Bessacar have been part of the Swift group for many many years. It's badge engineering like the Morris/Austin motor group.
We had a new Bessie in 2009 and it went back to Swift for a couple of minor repairs, I have to say that we had excellent service from both Swift and the dealers we purchased from. Both of whom get regularly castigated on here, but in my opinion you can only speak as you find.
