How many gallons per hour would it drink at full bore? When I was boating you could use red diesel, for which I had a source, no such luck these days .

We still use red diesel supplied from a truck at the marina. We have never really. Even so adventurous with dis at ace traveller so generally amble around at about 10 knots. If we go somewhere then will usually go about 18-20 knots. My estimation on my boat is we use around 4 gallons per hour at 10-15 knots. About 6 gallons per hour at 18 knots and an estimate of 8-10 knots per hour at 22-24 knots. I think this could be checked by any buyer.

I think you need to update your advert saying it's just gone back in the water and the engine just been serviced in May makes it sound like you've been trying to sell for a while!
Is she back on the hard at the moment? We've just sold out MH after buying a Beneteau 32 this spring. I'm not sure it's going to be easy to find someone who wants a boat with your layout, price, age, etc who happens to have a motorhome thats the right layout, size, age etc for you.
