Just wondering if any one has these batteries I have two fitted to a carthago motorhome and they seem to be discharging by about 10% a week when everything is turned off.
The app I have to check the power is saying -0.01a on both batteries.
The app also says I need to pair my device with the battery by pressing a button on the battery which I can not locate.

Are you putting the batteries to sleep? Mine are switched off at 80% and they lose nothing over many weeks.

Yes I think it is button s1 thanks for the instructions did not think I had to unscrew the cover after seeing instructions it has become clear.
Just hab electrics turned off
If we turn off the panel we still loose 1A per hour so I isolate at the battery switch and then an amp or two go into the starter battery every now and again,

I'm having a similar issue with one of my KS Energy 120Ah. Spec says about 2.5% per month but whilst the second (newer) one remained at whatever % charge it had, the original ( now 18 months old) loses about 5% a week. Yesterday I ran both down to 'shut-off voltage' and have now almost recharged to 100%. The trouble is the App is showing all manner of spurious data. At one point the second battery was 211C but now reading 15C. The cycle count jumped from 2 top 8000 at some stage yesterday. Battery voltage reads around 48V with individual cells @ 28V. You can't believe a word the bluetooth tells you!! So, is the original battery really losing 5% per week? Who knows.

Batteries need to be isolated from solar panels. I pull the fuses on the solar controllers. On the app there is an orange half moon symbol top right. Tap that. And confirm. Batteries can be woken by receiving a charge. Either plug in EHU or replace solar fuses.

In case you don’t have it this is the link to the Super B Epsilon manual.

Look at Section 7 Storage. They call sleep mode the storage mode.

Hope that helps.
