Subscription Renewal

On 10/2/23 I received an email from MHF that my subscription would expire in 7 days. I renewed the same day for another year and received a receipt on 10/2/23. My subscription is shown as expiring on 10/2/2024.
This evening, 17/2/2023 I received an email from MHF saying my subscription ends today.
There is clearly something wrong. The email this evening does not permit a reply so I’ve posted here.
Am I a subscriber or not? Thanks.

Our system is a bit dumb, it sees the one-year sub you had previously and the new auto renewal sub you just purchased, as completely separate items. As the old sub ends the system is not intelligent enough to know your new sub will cover it and insists on telling you a sub is ending.

Incidentally, I have sent two messages to ‘Contact us’ as well as a conversation with Jim regarding my exclusion to the U shaped forum but have received no reply. Just saying…..
