Planning to be in UK summer 2014 and would like to attend a couple of meets/shows in June, particularly Stratford Show. Is there a list of attendees in existence and if so....... how do we join the list and/or reserve a place and when do we do it ?.

Didn't intend my OP to be the start of a list or a debate about the show......... was simply seeking info, well aware that show is June. On reflection PM to Jim might have been more appropriate. :Doh:

i don't wanna book it yet before there is a fun tread for it this is the weekend after we return from italy so may as well try to keep the party going :Smile:
but at £58 for a week at stratford what a bargain
 
We intend to be there, great time last year apart from the wind at the end of the week that wrecked the funster tent and caused us to out on the Bacon Buttys. See you all soon.

just checked again and you can even get ehu for 35quid for the week
 
Currently with the group at Bella Vista, Spain and we have been discussing rallies and meets generally for this year, but particularly Stratford. Been informed that individuals make their own bookings direct, not through Jim. So as Movan pointed out on this thread participants need to go here (see link below) and book on line, being sure to click on Motorhomefun on the drop down menu.

Just booked our place for the whole week...... £58, seems like a good deal to me. Hook up available at £35 for the week, payable on arrival.

just contacted them and ehu is 1st come 1st served not available for booking in advance and if we are on a club site then no ehu is available so i will wait to c what happens if there is to be a fun meet

If there is a Fun meet, we will be there on the Monday - please put us on the list. We wont book until it is confirmed there will be a fun meet.

well if there isnt i suppose if people sort out when they are arriving and meet before entering then u may get pitched together anyway :thumb:
 
I have checked their online booking form and that does include Motorhomefun in the list of clubs. Link Removed :thumb:
 
Presume that those who have already booked have used the drop down menu for clubs and groups and have chosen MHF in which case we should all be grouped together or nearby. Have never been to Stratford Show so perhaps those who have attended can confirm this will be the case.

The Funsters will have a designated area and will be pitched together.
I am not sure about those who have requested E.H.U.though as there are no hook up points in the area that we are usually allocated.

Ditto mike fancied this rally for a while, now a few are showing an interest we have decided to make a short holiday out of the two rallies. looking forward to walking along the river. booked to arrive on the Monday.:thumb:
