UPDATE 12 September 2020 - unfortunately these shows have had to be cancelled but all tickets will be automatically refunded. Waiting to hear if we can have a discount code for the two 2021 Shows.

Extend your stay by arriving from Tuesday 15th September at just £10 per unit per night extra to be paid on arrival. There will also be 50 RVs (that's a lot!) from our sister club RVOC forming part of the exhibits so plenty of friendly faces that you may have met before as well as fellow Funsters. This will be a "Meet" in the loosest terms as although Alan & I hope & plan to be there we can't be definite as waiting on a hospital appointment, please ask to be directed to the Fun area (next to RVOC) on arrival & the Show staff will park everyone up. At present although we can't greet, gather & interact as we would like to due to COVID :( being Funsters sure we will still manage to have some safe,socially distanced, friendly chats, the Shows do look good & Stratford is a pleasant area. If you wish to help with this please display your forum &/or first names in your motorhome window - see post #60 on page 2 of this thread for a downloadable Fun sign & how to get a tax disc type Fun sticker if you don't already have one
We understand that the facilities provided include toilets, showers, water,waste, laundry (extra cost) & well behaved dogs are welcome.

Due to the lockdown and loss of earnings by many, I can offer members of MHF a one-off discount of 50% on the camping passes at the forthcoming show. These are limited in number, so ‘first come, first served’.
VERY IMPORTANT: DO NOT PASS THIS CODE ON. To put quite simply – to do so will jeopardise future discounts with us and other organisers. Far from being ‘rivals’, organisers talk to each other, so we would quickly find out if discount schemes have been improperly used. This hefty one-off discount is solely due to help out is what has been a terrible year for the show season, please don’t abuse it.

How to book:-

One you have received the special MHF discount code, go to Broken Link Removed When it says ENTER A DISCOUNT CODE, enter the code and the price will automatically reduce by half. You can then can print off an e-ticket to bring with you for scanning at the gate upon arrival at the racecourse. Simple! No e-ticket, no entry. The alternative is to pay full price in cash at the gate. With Track & Trace in operation we have to be strict , the local authority will be watching us.

Oops sorry & thank you - just checked on the website - you are correct Tuesday 15th September. I've amended the first post now. That's what happens when I try to pack for a Meet at the same time as posting! :blusher:

"Campers can arrive from 09:00 on Tuesday 15th September 2020. No advance booking is required, simply turn up and pay in cash. Cost is just £10 per camping unit per night from Tuesday 15th September 2020 to Thursday 17th September 2020 – ample camping available.

From Friday 18th September 2020 onwards the Weekend Camping Permit (up to 3 nights Fri-Sun) kicks in."

Have found that the internet where we are currently is slow & intermittent so will update list on first post next week & just deal with enquiries as & when possible in the meantime. Looks like Fun may all be pitched together on this one & next to all the RVs so in good company (y)

Hi - no big gatherings or anything formally organised but hopefully Funsters should all be pitched in the same area next to our sister club RVOC if you let the Show staff know on arrival. Suggest requesting a Fun window sticker & maybe printing off a window sign with your forum name to display - will post links when possible but just on phone in rally field atm! Some will have badges from previous events. Lots of friendly SD chats usually develop just from a Good Morning :) Usually as Meet organisers we would arrange meeting up & help Funsters to mix but different times for now.
