The storage under the sink in my van is very impractical due to limited floor space and depth of the cupboard. To reach the back of the cupboard, I have to lie on the floor in a very restricted space with the open door restricting it further.

How on earth did they think this was practical as storage? 🤔
Time to sort it out (after two years of threatening).

Telescopic slide rails fitted.

Drawer clipped in (easily removed for access). NB saucepans stored behind drawer so I can kneel to get to them.

Can you guess what this is?😁

Job done 👍
It took me about two hours all in and you do lose quite a bit of (inaccessible) storage, but no more lying on the floor.

Excellent!

I did a similar thing with the space above the boiler, in a cupboard underneath our wardrobe - just wasted space, left in case the boiler needs maintenance. The wire basket on rails I've got in there now makes a superb shoe drying rack, toasty and warm!
