Because water collects on the roof, I have put my AS Nuevo on chocks on the drive to drain the water to one side during winter. I am assuming there is no long term issues?

Mines always parked with the front raised. Mine is on wooden planks though.

How about a rain trough under the back, ;) .
Mine slopes backwards and to one side, no issues I've noted thus far.

The front wheels of mine are on concrete blocks so raised 4 inches to stop pooling.

Mine is parked down hill ending up with a small pool nearside front (of roof just behind the lump), i always check for seal integraty.
With your situation the only question is how sharp and well positioned are the scollops. are there really high pressure points that you wouldnt worry about for a fortnight but 3 months

Our van is on a slight incline on our drive so all the water runs to the rear and down the back.
Only downside is the rear gets quite mucky with green algae , even though the roof is clean, but a quick wash with an extended car wash brush does the trick.
Van rear end is north facing, so not surprising it gets the algae build up, and we have a few trees near us.

We use our hydraulic levellers........easy to direct the water off the roof!!!

Ours sits on a slope when parked at home, but in the winter it's not long before the green algae and black marks start showing. No water on the roof though!

Here's our AS Stanton...no problems with water collecting on our roof 😀. It's a bit like the last minutes of the Titanic though if you're trying to do something inside the van...

I always purposely put mine in ramps to stop water pooling when laying up. Had issue with previous Motorhome when left, water pooled in one corner and found its way through joint . I know if joint good wouldn’t have happened but why risk it

If you park it that way, make sure there is no water ingress into the engine bay.

I park mine angled to make sure that water doesn't pool around a joint or fitting then freeze potentially causing problems.

Dozens on vans, on the storage site spend much of the year parked on ramps.

I don't have/need ramps but each pitch had a large sausage kerb at the front, so I leave the wheels parked on the top of that to avoid the issue.

Over six years I've not found any problem.

Edit: I would suggest;

You check carefully that both wheels/tyres are 'square' on the ramps and not making pressure points.

Regularly drive off the ramps and 'exercise' the tyres so that the tyre is not always resting on the same spot!

I cannot say I worry about water on the roof: motorhomes should be waterproof should they not?;);)
Not such a good idea to have over an inch of frozen ice sat on the roof around all the various fittings, We have an all over cover with two space hoppers on the roof forming an apex, Truck parked on a ramp so the water just runs off, no streaks or ice to worry about.
