Hi all and Happy New Year.
This is a bit of a strange one our new van has a double retracting step its not be used a lot and now when you put it away it sticks out about a centimetre? Our other vans have had the same step and they have never done it, before I attack it does anyone know why it’s happened and what I need to adjust to fix it? I’m not going all the way back to the dealers just for a step adjustment.

Thanks

I don’t see how it hasn’t moved for a few months and has been in and out a few times while being parked up.
Thanks

Try cleaning the runners up and regreasing , don't use white grease.

I had numerous problems on my Arto 88F step not closing properly, step buzzer on when driving, in the end had a mod from N&B done at troubleworld, basically a couple of springs fitted either side of step runners, never had a problem after.
