Hi all
Just bought our first motorhome a few weeks ago it’s a rollerteam 746. Does anyone know how the speakers in the rear lounge work

On our van (not a Roller Team) the rear lounge speakers only work if the radio or stereo is playing from the dashboard. so if the ignition is off the rear speakers are also off. I presume that you're wanting to listen to the lounge speakers when you're parked up when normally, your ignition will be off.

That will be why I can’t get them to work 😂
You might be able to switch the power source over to the leisure battery with a separate isolator switch but we just use the TV and soundbar or a standalone bluetooth speaker for use outside as well

There are some who connect the radio etc so that it operates when the ignition is off. In fact, the previous owner of our van (a Funster) had a switch fitted to do just that. Whenever I go to fill up with diesel, when travelling, the navigator and overall commander-in-chief, turns on the switch so she can carry on listening to 'The Archers' whilst I've got the van keys to open the diesel port. Then we both forget that that the radio is switched on by this, usually after an our or so after parking up, flattening the vehicle battery.
