Speaker upgrading

Fiat ducato cab with upgraded pioneer head unit, presume standard 165mm speakers in doors and basic 100mm in overhead section with no tweeters in A posts.
Going to replace all and fit sound deadening, on door card seen what I think are the screws, hidden and obvious as presume on 2022 there is no speaker grills to come off.
Annoyed as had no Allen keys to verify speaker type in overhead locker but look poor quality, why is it you spend this much on mh and have such poor quality kit
