I’m just about to add 430w of Solar to charge my leisure batteries, two, 100ahr lithium.

I imagine we may have power to spare.

How can I run my dometic absorbs ion fridge from any power going spare?

Thanks.

if you fancy a project, convert the fridge with a 12v compressor fridge kit ...

or buy a compressor fridge.. I have one and would never go back to a 3 way.

All good advice so far. Just to repeat that the important thing before you decide on a solar controller is to get one with an 'S+' output. This will coordinate with the S+ terminal on your fridge if it has one. If the fridge doesn't have a dedicated S+ terminal, it's fairly easy to hook up a relay on the D+ fridge input to fool the fridge into thinking the engine is running. The difficult bit is deciding when there's enough sun to switch the fridge to 12V, which is what the S+ output of the solar controller does automatically.

I don't know if this is still the case. But the 12V from memory isn't on a thermostat on some fridges so is permanently on and can cause the fridge to get too cold and even freeze up if used for prolonged period.
My memory may be faulty on this as I have not used a 3 way fridge in anger in almost 20 years.
