Spanish licence swap

Seems the UK and Spanish government's have agreed to swap licences. Good news for expat residents who didn't swap before deadline. Down side is I believe Spanish trafico now have access to DVLA database. Sorry if this has already been posted. Couldn't find it anywhere.
