Spanish High speed train privatised

it seems the Spanish government is selling off their high speed train to an Italian and French group the good news is for a short introductory period there will be some tickets on sale for 5 euros Madrid to Barcelona.
Unfortunately I don't have the full details as the Spanish presenters Spanish was to quick for me

Still will cost government millions of€ to pay off the loan they took out to build it. All they have done is stopped losing € on loss making running costs.

I can´t find any info on this in the Spanish media? Renfe are introducing a low-cost version of the AVE called the Avlo, which was what the cheap tickets were promoting. Surprise surprise, the website crashed with the numbers of people trying to obtain 5 euro tickets from Madrid to Barcelona and Zaragoza!

I only caught the end of it on our satellite system the wife uses to keep up with Spanish news not surprised the system crashed though
