Good afternoon
My lady said I are off to Spain for 3 months from mid September and I’m struggling to find many campsites with heated or indoor swimming pools!
We intend travelling down from Bilbao towards the med via Costa De Luz and then along the south coast and head back via the east side of the country. We don’t have any set plans on a preferred route, just an outline plan.
Can anyone shed some light on any sites with recommendations please.
Thank you

Pretty sure Bonterra in Benicàssim has an indoor pool for the winter. Could be wrong so have a look on their website.

Also El Raco in Benidorm has a covered pool

Camping Los Madrilles at Isla Plana near Mazzaron has two, indoor and large outdoor. Both geo thermally heated, like bath water temp, and refilled EVERY night. Is an ACSI site too and does own longer stay discounts. VERY popular for overwinter Norther Europeans and British. Staff speak excellent English (apart from one of the 2 owning brothers who can be a bit awkward I believe) We like the site & location, no dogs permitted

Just to say, unless you need it REALLY warm, I'd have thought you might be OK with an unheated outdoor pool in southern Spain until about mid-October, maybe later if the weather is good?
