Rally Chat Southport rally??

Hi I heard a whisper about another Southport rally this year. Does anyone have any information please?

Yep. I heard that instead of go kart racing, this year we are having swan racing. . Can't wait.

Did you see the swans on the lake; well, two sit in the front and two sit in the back with water guns to try and stop the opponents pedalling fast and winning. Looks like another weekend of fun. Really enjoyed the last one. Hope we go to that restaurant for another meal too.

Spoke to Shirley at Malvern and she promised she would let MHF know as soon as RVOC organise the next one.

Yes we are doing another one next year, dates to follow.

We are going to do a pre Christmas shop and a Christmas dinner (not Whitby weekend)

Yes we are doing the Swans (if they let us)

Well Christmas Dinner has to be on the 25th Dec. People are used to this date.

Mind you - with the size of the car park at Southport that would take some doing
You might want to be more strict about the payment of booking deposits tho'

are not going to sunny shores.
Also the big one next year.
I spoke to Sandra today and we are meeting up to sort out dates etc.
