Saturday 11th June

Free and easy morning.
SWAN RACE 1 or 2 pm
HOG ROAST 5-30 ish
7pm Casablanca bar opens
Pop and Rock duo
and Buffet.
Bar closes at 11-30pm

Sunday 12th June

Pitch and Putt 11am -12 noon
Sunday Lunch
Sunday Eve we have the use of
the Arena Bar
Own drinks nibbles chairs tables.

Monday Morning
Its all over
so for me and who ever wants to join us
Breakfast at Weatherspoons
and join a convey
to Stratford.

PORK STEAK SERVED WITH A PEPPERED SAUCE

VEGETARIANS SEE ME WHEN YOU ARRIVE.

As you know THIS IS THE LAST BIG RALLY at Southport

For fish and chips, a hog roast, evening buffet (price in wristbands fee) and a Sunday lunch works out at just £25 per head for a weekend !!!!
plus your site fee.
 
And because I believe that the restaurant deserves the chance to redeem themselves after last years debacle:
1 x Prawn Cocktail
1 x Chicken Pate
2 x Pork Steak
2 x Lemon Sponge (is there custard??)
How much is the Sunday Lunch?
 
Fish and Chips £6 Hog roast £5 Sunday Lunch with a glass of wine £12 each.
You pay me for the Lunch and I do not pay them till you are happy OK x

Thats very nice of you (and Neckender) to say. Just need a break from this one but we will still do small meets just free and easy weekends around the North/West.

Just confirming for your bookings.

No to Fish and Chips Friday.
Yes x2 to hog roast and Saturday evening get together
No to Sunday Lunch.

We had intended to arrive early Friday, but due to family circumstances we are likely to arrive 4-5pm 'ish, with 3 grandchildren who will be picked up by our son around 7'ish (which is why we are not having fish and chips).

Thanks for your work, hope I haven't missed anything.

It's a definite no to the swan race, aggravated a knee problem on a pedals with grandkids last summer, so not risking it again.

Pick up is 2pm on the mini bus allow a couple of hours so you would not leave site till 5ish. Do your packing before the rally ;).Think about it and let me know when you arrive ok.
