1 if I book a standard return trip on the the tunnel can I adjust the return date (albeit with a charge ) ?

2 are there ferries that run from southern Croatia to southern Italy ? If so who

3 one of the funsters posted a killer shore front Croatian site a month or so ago - if so would they mind reminding me ? (As im lazy and forgetful )

4 I forgot :-)

Sorry I can't help but someone will be here soon with answers for you(y)

Yes, you can change return tunnel crossing for an admin fee (plus any difference in price of the original and new crossing).

Various ferries between Italy and Croatia. See -

Lot's of shorefront campsites in Croatia, so you'll have to be more specific. Many sites are absolutely huge, with lots of chalets, possibly a hotel too, as well as the touring pitches. They can be very impressive with loads of facilities. But, not necessarily everyone's cup of tea. Pleasant in the off season, and good value with an ACSI card. I can imagine in the summer they might be a bit of a zoo.

1. Yes, you just pay any difference in price
2. Others will know better than I, Jaronela I think the ferry company is called.
3. Not sure of the one you saw but Croatia has hundreds of campsites on the coast which are all beautiful.
Some are 1k+ pitch super sites which I try and avoid but some like for the facilities they offer. I much prefer the small sites of which there are many. In peak season they can become very expensive but ACSI card works well in off season

Trying to alter a return tunnel ticket it's best to do it on-line and avoid the admin fee, you just then have to pay the ticket price difference.

1. Just book outward trip and then book the return a few days before you get to the return port..

There are hundreds of coast line campsites..

Did that before but you can’t use your Tesco vouchers in the return trip unless it’s booked as a return

Thanks all - to be more specific about the site we wouldn’t want a super sized site - not our cup of tea. A smaller , independent one right on the front is ideal. One of the funsters posted one here a month or so ago , so I might have to pull my finger out and find it :-)
