Sorry folks.. Thetford Bash now called off

I am really sorry folks.. First off the site was double booked.. Looked at the earlier date and for various reasons that was simply not a viable option ( thought it would be but no .. all sorts of issues including inconveniencing other members on here )

Tried several other venues and all are either booked already or are not exactly welcoming..

I have no real choice but to pull the plug for 2014..

Unless you can arrange all the stuff to be shipped by small lorry down there ( for free of course ! ), arrange a cheap bar, and the site cannot charge more than £10 per head for a stay of up to 7 days ( so about £1.40 a night )

Never mind John, a real shame, pretty crap deal from the rugby club though, the dog lot havn't been much help either it's obvious that they must have changed their dates as they were there before us last year. if after this shit experience you feel the urge to organise another meet at some point count us in, your efforts are well appreciated by many of us.
