After just over two months of ownership (c-tourer I 150) we're eventually getting out. Not our choice to wait this long, had a few issues with the motorhome.

So, we got the MH back to ours from our storage place yesterday and getting it set up. Been soooo long since our handover we can't remember much. With manual in hand we've worked most things out, but got a couple of light related issues:

We can't find out how to switch off the 'Scooter garage LED strip light. Manual just tells us that it cannot be replaced!

We can't turn on the 'Driver cabin area lighting'. According to the manual this is switch number 3 in the cluster of 4 next to the hab door. That switch does nothing so wondering if we've switched something else off that preventing this from working?

All this was done on hook up with all other electrical systems working.

Garage light switch is on the end of the light strip, or it is on mine. From memory from the top down the switches are, awning light, main area light, over cab lights and step but I could have missed one. Turning off the 12v on the control panel turns all the 12v off apart from the fridge and the usb sockets.

Inside the passenger door low down is another light switch, try that one also, as that one and the one inside the hab door work in conjunction with each other. Just a thought.

Brilliant, thanks for the replies.

Garage light switch was on the end of the light strip and is now turned off.

As for the 'Driver cabin area lighting', not only was there a switch by the passenger door that has to be on, the little black switches on the ceiling (where a wing mirror would normally be) have to be on. So, along with the switch next to the hab door, three switches have to be on for the 'Driver cabin area lights' to work.

So long as the little black switches are on, the two switches inside the two doors, act the same as your lighting for the stairs at home. Ie either can turn the lights on and off.

And where the book says it can't be renewed.......rubbish.
It went in.....it can come out.
What it probably means is it has to be renewed as a whole unit.
