The Caravan and Motorhome Club launches mid-week and family saver offers, helping tourers save more when they’re out in the great outdoors

(02 March 2023) Tourers will get more from the great outdoors and be able to save money on their holidays this year as the Caravan and Motorhome Club launches its mid-week and family saver offers. Great deals can be had as the Club helps its members to choose a holiday to suit their budget, ensuring tourers can get outside and make lasting holiday memories. Back by popular demand, members and non-members can save up to 50% off* the pitch price on a number of Club campsites across the UK on selected dates, while a new family-saver offers allows family groups to save 15 % off**.

According to the recent Centre of Economics and Business Research (Cebr) report commissioned by the Caravan and Motorhome Club, 81.2 percent say being on holiday improved their wellbeing, and with more campsites than any other UK touring club, the Caravan and Motorhome Club offers a great variety of locations perfect for outdoor adventures.

50% off mid-week deals are available for stays from Monday until Thursday at 23 selected sites when tourers book three nights or more on selected dates throughout the year by 2 May 2023.

What’s more, there are no additional costs for children under five-years-old, dogs can stay free and awnings are not charged.

Family stays are also available with the 15 per cent family saver offer that allows families with at least one adult and one paying child to save on the entire stay when booking two nights or more at 11 UK Club campsites.

Deals run throughout the year if booked by 30 April 2023. Experience an active family escape at Troutbeck Head Club Campsite with a number of watersports on-site, a beach getaway at the Hillhead Club Campsite or a stress-free holiday at the Freshwater East Club Campsite in the heart of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

They like to advertise 50% off the pitch price, but this only makes up around 30% of the cost if there are two of you. It usually saves you around £5.00 - slightly misleading if you don't read the terms.

Every little helps. Why are people so negative? If you're a member of CAMC, don't mind their sites and there's one in an area you want to visit then it's a saving. Of course its marketing to sell empty pitches but that's business.

Just looked at Methop fell for 15/16th March Wed/Thursday £30.90 no discount offered so will not be going 🤨

"minimum 28 day advance purchase required"

But it’s a club, not a business.
The more I see of both the big clubs , they are more of a business than clubs which is unfortunate

My last dealings with this shower of garbage was trying to book Ferry meadows in the few days between Newark Air Museum open weekend (we do the merchandising for the F-4 phantoms) and the MH show. After booking and paying the deposit they cancelled it and quote a “system error” with their awful booking system, but kept my money until my third unsuccessful phone attempt and two fruitless chat line dealings with it. Just been refunded.
