Solar controller question

I am in the process of fitting 800watts of solar on the roof of the RV, I already have a Morningstar TriStar 45 amp PWM controller, is a change to a MPPT type going to make a great deal of difference?
Wondering if the expense is worth it.

If you are going to do a lot of UK winter camping probably worth it but for 3 season camping with that amount of solar see how you get on first.
