My motorhome is show 0.0A which suggests that it's not charging..... I've been advised to so a soft reset on the solar charge controller..... But I can't find where they have installed this!
My old motorhome it was located in one of the cupboards but not in Autotrail Mohawk.... Can anyone advise? Thanks

Impossible to know as you can install anywhere...... Unless it has been routed through your onboard charger?
Can you trace wires back from battery or from panels?

Snap

If you have Sargent electrics it will be inside of the 12v distribution unit, just inside the back of the unit.

Mine is currently generating 0.2 A, 4 watts with a clear view of the sky. It might not be broken. Just light levels at this time of year in Blighty are poor.

And, if your battery is fully charged it won't see any current either

Yes I've located it now but doesn't seem to have a reset button..... I have a solid orange light and no other lights. I'm away on the Isle of Man on holiday and looking for a quick fix. Thanks

As said above, depending on the year of van and Sargent unit fitted (you dont state) it may be seperate but also built within the sargent PSU. Could simply be that batteries are full.
As a test if your in daylight try turning on everything that can use power and see if increases. (y)

Relying on solar at this time of year in the UK is tough. My 180w panel is only generating about 10-15Ah per day on sunny days at the moment... although that might partly be due to the batteries being full.

Losing power in the evening, your batteries maybe on the way out or you could be using more than you are able to replace during the day.

Looking at that, the green light indicates power from the solar panel and the orange lights says you are half charged.
I've been connected to my petrol generator for a couple of hours just to get some life back into the batteries.....Nice sunny day here on the Isle of Man today but still showing 0.0A on display.
