Soft close failed on 2018 Ducato … options?

I gather this is not a unique problem …

Our soft close catch is stuck not quite closed. We’ve managed to lock it by leaning on the door.

It has power to it and it sounds as if there’s a relay clicking suggesting maybe the switches are getting power but the motor’s not responding.

Any advice what to do next? Are we best to revert to the standard closure (we don’t have the part so would need to source that).

I’m off to work now and MHF is blocked (!) but I’ll check in tonight for any responses - thanks in advance!

Thanks Geoff, I think so but we’ll check.

There are usually bolts/nuts at the top and bottom that can be adjusted.
