Soft close drawer adjustment

Hi anyone know how these can be adjusted. The hook/cam drops too low to latch onto the located pin. So I have to lift it quickly then close the drawer.

It’s a Carthargo Malibu PVC if that makes any difference.

I don‘t think it’s adjustable. But if there is an adjuster it may be inside the brown box. if not either one bit needs to be mounted higher, or the other bit mounted slightly lower to get what you require.

Is that a screwdriver slot I see in the hook part? Possibly not.

TheMachMan Maybe remove the cover next to the hook and see if there's some mechanism to raise \ drop the hook?

The hook drops lower than it used to, which to me suggested something needed tweaking?
I thought it might have had a Torx head in the end but it’s not.

I would suggest that your drawer has dropped slightly due to having weight in it.
